Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide daily support to production operations, focusing on safety, quality, and equipment uptime.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues.
• Provide technical direction to skilled trades personnel for repairs and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including FMEA databases and standard work instructions.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, cost, and reliability.
• Support the launch and validation of new or modified manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing plant setting.
• Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, cutting tooling, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
