What you will do

• Supervise a team of eight or more technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Lead the startup and configuration of the Eyelit Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for R&D and production environments.
• Manage resource allocation, cross-training, and adherence to production documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Mission Assurance to oversee corrective actions and maintain quality system compliance.
• Analyze fabrication capacity to identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness and material availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to interact with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for briefing technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience complying with AS9100D production protocols.
• Technical background in semiconductor or wafer fab environments (process integration, yield enhancement).
