What you will do

• Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, driving accountability and consistent execution.
• Coach and develop team members across the customer lifecycle with actionable feedback.
• Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting to improve GTM effectiveness.
• Identify and address performance gaps to enhance pipeline health and win rates.
• Ensure high standards for GTM execution and adoption of best practices.
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimize productivity and commercial outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally to refine GTM strategy and improve playbooks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany for on-site work
• 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or related GTM functions with leadership experience.
• Strong track record in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Proven coaching and performance development skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience using AI and modern GTM technologies to improve team effectiveness.
• English: C1+ required as primary company language
• German: required for local market engagement and relationship management
