Partnership Manager (DACH)

Location: Remote, based in the DACH region; listed locations are Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Develop and grow the hirify.global Partner Network with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
• Manage strategic alliance relationships, partner pipelines, leads, onboarding, and partnership processes.
• Create go-to-market and partner success plans that drive adoption, expansion, and end-client growth.
• Negotiate partnership terms and present the hirify.global Partner Programme.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, partner success, product, engineering, and global offices.
• Set regular meetings with global offices, track updates, and support partner programme deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in partner or agency development and management.
• Previous experience with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers.
• Ability to set targets, develop plans, influence product and engineering teams, and work independently.
• Fluent written and verbal English and German communication skills are required.
