What you will do

• Build and implement a global influencer strategy to identify, recruit, and measure the success of influencer marketing.
• Manage and grow global influencer relationships, specifically focusing on the Creator Crew.
• Develop creative digital ideas and content strategies across multiple markets, cultures, and social platforms.
• Oversee paid social influencer tools (Traackr, Sprinklr, etc.) across TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
• Handle talent negotiations, supplier contracts, payments, and deliverables within budgetary limits.
• Provide performance reports focusing on engagement, reach, and ROI.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of influencer marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in developing influencer strategies considering platform roles and tiers of influence.
• Strong project management skills and ability to maintain talent agency relationships.
• Deep understanding of the digital/influencer project development life cycle.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
