What you will do

• Develop comprehensive paid social media plans and tactics aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Execute end-to-end campaign setup and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Twitter.
• Lead client calls to present weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to ensure campaign quality and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with planning teams and other channel specialists to enhance the wider marketing mix.
• Manage mandatory agency finance processes, including invoicing and payment fulfilment.

Requirements

• Experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role with a track record of managing external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms.
• Ability to plan large-scale campaigns for both brand awareness and direct-response objectives.
• Proficiency in compiling detailed campaign reports and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Required: Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Training certifications in key platforms, such as Meta Blueprint.
• Experience in line management or training others in paid social.
