What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) within leading global hotel groups.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Account Teams, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to support customer engagements and RFP responses.
- Analyze customer business challenges to identify and propose value-added digital transformation and technology solutions.
- Represent the organization at hospitality conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic business growth.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Hospitality Consulting.
- Established network and existing relationships with leading global hotel groups.
- Strong domain knowledge of the hospitality industry and its operational processes.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Strategic Account Management.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers.
- Must be based in China.
Nice to have
- Experience or relationships with groups such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Accor.
- Knowledge of Hospitality Tech: PMS, CRS, CRM, ERP, POS, RMS, and Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Exposure to Pre-Sales activities and the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
