Delivery Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid, office near London Bridge and Borough Market; work from home on Fridays

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 base per year, with realistic OTE up to £70,000 and uncapped commission

What you will do

• Work on live AI and emerging-technology roles from existing clients alongside a Senior Account Manager.
• Source and qualify technology candidates for permanent and contract positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through placement.
• Collaborate with account teams and clients to deliver high-quality candidate searches.
• Maintain recruitment systems, share market intelligence, and flag pipeline risks early.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a technology recruitment role, ideally focused on delivery or resourcing.
• Agency recruitment experience is essential; internal or in-house talent experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience recruiting for AI, software, DevOps, cloud, or data roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, and referrals.
• Clear communication, strong organization, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple roles under pressure.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or a genuine interest in the AI market.
• Experience working across multiple technology verticals at speed.
