Salary: £30,000–£35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for live roles from existing clients.
• Source and qualify top-tier tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to ensure high-quality delivery on key accounts.
• Maintain accurate system records and share market intelligence.
• Flag pipeline risks early to ensure search pace and quality.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in tech recruitment, specifically in delivery or resourcing.
• Agency recruitment experience is essential.
• Proven track record in tech recruitment (AI, Software, DevOps, Cloud, or Data).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London Bridge office.

• Genuine interest or prior exposure to the AI market.
