AI Engineer (Expert)

Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with one day per week in the office

Salary: Up to 170 PLN/hour net on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Develop and scale AI applications from initial concepts and proofs of concept through production.
• Build Agentic and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and A2A.
• Integrate AI models with vector databases, APIs, and complex enterprise systems.
• Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Establish ethical AI practices, documentation, compliance, and risk management.
• Mentor team members and promote AI engineering best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience developing scalable systems.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong AI/ML system design skills, including model selection, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with A2A protocols, multi-agent systems, and agent testing and reliability.
• Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, ethics, and EU AI regulations.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in regulated industries such as banking or finance.
