Location: Hybrid: 1 day/week in the office (Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland)

Salary: up to 170 PLN/h net (B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and scale AI applications end-to-end from PoC to production.
• Build Agentic and Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP, and A2A.
• Integrate AI models with vector databases, APIs, and complex enterprise systems.
• Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring documentation, compliance, and risk management.
• Mentor team members and promote AI best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and deep understanding of scalable system development.
• Practical experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP) and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Proven cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• English: Fluent (C1) required to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with A2A protocols, multi-agent systems, and agent reliability testing.
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, ethics, and EU AI regulations.
• Experience delivering technical solutions within regulated industries such as banking or finance.
