Senior AI Solution Architect (LLM/RAG): Designing production-ready AI systems for customer experience orchestration, combining LLMs, retrieval, deterministic workflows, tools, and agentic approaches with an accent on enterprise integration, evaluation, governance, and real-time context. What you will do
- Design end-to-end, production-ready AI systems for customer experience and contact center use cases.
- Architect RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions, including content structuring, chunking, embeddings, ranking, and grounding.
- Define AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, test sets, feedback loops, observability, and governance approaches.
- Design contextual AI experiences using real-time customer data, interaction history, conversation state, and external signals.
- Build prototypes, integrations, and demonstrations using RESTful APIs, MCP, A2A, Cloud AI, and third-party systems.
- Support presales discovery, solution design, customer pilots, executive engagements, field enablement, and product feedback.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using ML, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration patterns, tool use, and agentic approaches.
- Expertise in enterprise integrations, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, cloud ecosystems, secure data access, and real-time or voice constraints.
- Experience with AI evaluation, retrieval quality, tool-call accuracy, safety, drift, auditability, monitoring, and cost control.
- Strong executive communication, technical demonstration, sales partnership, business value analysis, and CIO/CTO influence skills.
- Foundational programming knowledge; Python is preferred. Strong understanding of the Cloud platform and AI is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
