What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solution architectures.
• Mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project innovation.
• Research and select cutting-edge tools and technologies to meet business objectives.
• Architect robust data pipelines and oversee AI application development in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Bridge the gap between client business problems and technical data science solutions.
• Ensure project alignment with Agile/Scrum standards and deliver clear stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience in AI/ML solutions (Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, LLM, GenAI).
• Proven expertise in leading end-to-end ML projects and managing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• English: C1 level required.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Physics).
