AI Tech Lead

Location: Remote or offices in Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw, and Bialystok, Poland.

Salary: 19,320–28,560 PLN per month on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of machine learning solutions.
• Design AI architectures for complex business goals and oversee production delivery.
• Research and select tools and technologies for AI projects.
• Architect data pipelines and workflows, setting standards for data quality and security.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while coordinating with data and software engineering.
• Translate client business problems into data science solutions and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end machine learning projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Python programming skills, object-oriented design, and experience with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of LLMs, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, and RAG.
• English at C1 level required, plus client-facing consulting and communication skills.

• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
