What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end CRM experiments, including hypothesis framing, variant design, and success metrics.
• Analyze experiment performance using statistical rigor to provide clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Establish governance and standards for prioritization and execution of tests to avoid collisions.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics and Lifecycle teams to scale winning experiments into always-on journeys.
• Maintain a repository of results to foster a test-and-learn culture across global and local teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and running CRM/marketing experiments in B2C and B2B contexts.
• Strong grasp of experimentation fundamentals: statistical significance, sample sizing, and test design.
• Platform fluency in Braze and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Ability to translate complex statistical results into recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Berlin, Germany or Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude's experimentation platform.
• Proficiency in Airtable for tracking and organizing experiment results.
• Project management experience with Asana.
