What you will do

• Build and optimize creative production systems, including templates and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop high-quality static and video assets for paid acquisition campaigns.
• Manage creative testing programs across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Establish structured experimentation roadmaps and performance evaluation methods.
• Analyze campaign results to identify patterns that improve acquisition and engagement.
• Partner with performance marketing, design, and analytics teams to scale successful campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands
• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or growth marketing.
• Strong experience using generative AI tools for image and video creation.
• Proven track record in creating successful paid advertising campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and AI creative platforms.
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
