What you will do

• Analyze and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from traffic to pipeline.
• Define and implement lead nurturing strategies, segmentation, and automation logic.
• Lead cross-functional growth projects in collaboration with Sales, Paid Marketing, and Content teams.
• Develop and execute SEO and content initiatives to increase inbound demand.
• Manage external partners, including SEO agencies and developers, to ensure efficient execution.
• Translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives and prioritize marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B tech.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and funnel management.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and content-driven growth tools like SEMrush.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
