What you will do

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, paid media, and content.
  • Develop and maintain the Campaign Architecture Playbook to standardize planning, launching, and measurement.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative production, briefing, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Design.
  • Manage global editorial calendars and ensure regional alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs to drive optimization and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running integrated B2B SaaS campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating multi-channel programs including email, paid media, ABM, and webinars.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or custom agents.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional milestones.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the construction or off-highway sector.
  • Background in scaling marketing operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
