What you will do

• Lead coordination of major Growth events, such as global sales kick-offs, customer engagements, and leadership forums.
• Establish and execute a consistent operating rhythm for planning, activities, and communications across the Growth organization.
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and surfacing risks.
• Maintain scalable trackers to monitor progress against priorities and ensure the timely delivery of commitments.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardize recurring workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare structured updates and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and drive follow-through on complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook for creating executive-level materials.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy or hardware manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma.
