What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of campaign objectives.
• Review project management software to track task completion and quality control.
• Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage internal communications for asset development and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Download, label, and organize video and photo assets.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and multi-tasking.
• Availability: 9am-6pm PST, Monday-Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.
