Senior Fullstack (Python/Node.js + React)

Location: Fully remote for candidates in Poland; working time zone: CET

What you will do

• Develop and maintain applications using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, and React.
• Maintain PL/SQL scripts and database logic, and implement SaaS platforms and custom scripts.
• Design and document technical architectures and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deploy and integrate applications using AWS, serverless technologies, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
• Manage Terraform pipelines, follow CI/CD practices, and support production deployments.
• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, and security analysis while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Candidate location: Poland; CET working time zone
• Senior-level backend development experience with Python or Node.js and practical React knowledge; Python with React requires 6+ years, while Python or Node.js requires 4+ years.
• Strong PL/SQL skills and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of application security, including OWASP Top 10, SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
• Experience with software architecture, event-driven and microservices architectures, Agile methodologies, TDD, pytest, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Upper-intermediate English, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently across distributed teams and time zones.
