Senior Fullstack Developer (Python/React, Health Insurance)

Location: Remote from Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia; listed locations include Montevideo and Rosario.

What you will do

• Become an expert in the technical stack and healthcare business domain.
• Plan, implement, test, monitor, and deploy production changes using established SDLC practices.
• Create technical design, testing, and launch documentation for complex projects and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and collaborate on design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience as a Python/React developer.
• Experience providing technical leadership.
• Expert knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Flask.
• Strong knowledge of React, command-line and scripting environments, PostgreSQL, gRPC, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with test-driven development, unit testing, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Good English communication skills and availability to work remotely from the specified countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, Helm, CI/CD, AWS microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka.
