What you will do

• Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of software changes following SDLC best practices.
• Develop and maintain a provider portal to streamline workflows for healthcare offices, doctors, and labs.
• Produce detailed technical designs and launch planning documentation for complex projects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical production issues.
• Collaborate in Scrum meetings and contribute to team design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience as a Python/React Developer.
• Expert knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Flask.
• Solid proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and RPC/REST frameworks (gRPC).
• Proven track record in technical leadership and test-driven development (TDD).
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kafka.
