Elinext is an international software development company with 25+ years of experience delivering custom software solutions and providing dedicated engineering teams to clients worldwide. We work across Fintech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, AI/ML, Cloud, and other domains.

We are currently looking for a strong Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer to join the development of a proprietary cloud platform for physical inventory management.

📍 Locations: Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan
🏠 Format: Remote/office, depending on location

About the Project
The platform is designed for physical inventory operations and includes:
— handheld barcode scanners
— offline / online synchronization
— real-time monitoring
— web portals
— third-party and ERP integrations
— operational data processing and synchronization
The client’s target is to deliver the first production-ready version within approximately 6 months as part of an engineering team.
Development will actively leverage Codex, so practical experience with AI coding tools is important.

📌MUST HAVE
— Strong backend engineering experience and ability to work independently
— Experience designing and evolving production systems
— Ability to take ownership of data, reliability, and technical decisions
— Strong SQL and data modeling skills
— Good understanding of:
— transactions
— concurrent updates
— idempotent operations
— APIs
— asynchronous processing
— system load and failure analysis
— Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
— Ability to formulate tasks, provide context, decompose work, review AI-generated code, and validate outputs
— Strong testing and production engineering practices
— Git / code review / CI/CD
— Access control
— Logging / metrics
— Incident analysis
— Ability to work with incomplete requirements and deliver end-to-end features

🧡Preferred Stack
— Node.js / TypeScript / NestJS OR Python
— React for full-stack profiles
Proficiency in both backend stacks is not required. For backend-focused candidates, the required depth of React experience can be discussed separately.
