What you will do

• Develop ATE test solutions from specification to production sign-off.
• Manage outsourced ATE test solution development projects.
• Execute ATE testing for product qualification and failure analysis.
• Maintain and upgrade ATE tools, platforms, and lab infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure test quality and timeliness.
• Contribute to the advancement of ATE methodologies and strategic technical direction.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in ATE test solution development.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LTX-Credence Unison OS (D10/Diamond X).
• Programming experience with C++.
• Experience with RF devices.
