What you will do

• Analyze and solve complex technical problems escalated from first-line support and customers.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of machine components with a high degree of independence.
• Advise customer technical personnel and first-line support on executing complex repairs and non-routine service.
• Plan and execute complex procedures, managing machine time windows, parts, and tools for optimal results.
• Train customers and coach first-line field engineers on routine and non-routine equipment maintenance.
• Provide input for process optimization and share best-known methods within the work group.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is required.
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, word processing, and presentation software.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
