What you will do

• Identify and reach out to potential leads using prospecting tools and market research.
• Execute outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
• Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies for IoT Track & Trace solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Marketing, and Sales to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed commercial training in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong interest in IoT and technology-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
