What you will do
- Manage a dedicated list of SME and Mid-Market accounts in the DACH region.
- Execute high-velocity outbound outreach to decision-makers via phone and digital channels.
- Leverage regulatory shifts and company news to create personalized, signal-driven engagement angles.
- Build and maintain custom AI agents and workflows to optimize research and signal monitoring.
- Qualify and hand off opportunities to the sales team with high data accuracy in HubSpot.
- Pilot and stress-test new AI SDR tools to improve inbound and outbound sales performance.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level required).
- Recent graduate from a top-tier university or up to two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong commercial curiosity and ability to translate market signals into actionable outreach.
- High energy, resilience, and a hunger for building a career in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and a proactive approach to using AI for productivity.
- Full ownership mentality regarding pipeline targets and personal development.
