What you will do

• Act as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team and designing strategic event plans to support sales and business objectives.
• Lead the coordination of comprehensive event logistics and manage all aspects of on-site event execution.
• Oversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreements to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze and report on event metrics and feedback to optimize future strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and collaborate with creative and digital teams for material production.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in event planning or management.
• Advanced project management skills for handling complex event projects.
• Proven ability in strategic planning and vendor relationship management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and budget oversight.
• Proficient in English for daily coordination with international teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy due to the hybrid working model.
