What you will do

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives and develop regional plans aligned with business goals and pipeline growth.
• Execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM programs for top strategic accounts.
• Partner with sales to build account-based marketing plans using Target Organization Plans (TOPs).
• Deliver regional marketing programs including brand, thought leadership, PR, and digital execution.
• Manage and optimize regional events and implement always-on nurture marketing for accounts.
• Manage and develop a team of two professionals to foster high performance and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record in regional marketing.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Prior experience in enterprise software marketing.
• Strong expertise in ABM, digital marketing, and budget management.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and MS Office.
