Location: Milano, Italy. Minimum 3 days per week onsite. No relocation or housing assistance.

What you will do

• Map and hunt relevant affiliates in specific markets and categories using AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Analyze creator content and memorialize performance data in the CRM to inform selection decisions.
• Run structured selection processes and extend targeted invitations with tiered commission structures.
• Manage product invitations, sample logistics, and maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence.
• Drive posts toward engagement targets and trigger paid amplification for winning content.
• Manage the full CRM pipeline and present market learnings and pipeline health to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or graduated within the past year.
• Native TikTok fluency, including deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem and trends.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
• Strong analytical instincts for social listening and monthly KPI reporting.
