Location: Must be based in or be able to work from hirify.global EU-based offices (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, UK, Netherlands); requires visiting the HQ in Bratislava at least once per month.

Salary: from 3,000 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Develop strategic concepts and scalable multi-channel frameworks for demand generation campaigns.
• Translate product launches and strategic priorities into clear narratives and activation toolkits.
• Guide creative teams and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Align campaigns with Sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
• Utilize segmentation and intent data to improve targeting and relevance.
• Optimize campaign performance based on market insights and funnel metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience managing full-funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, pipeline, revenue).
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional, global environments.
• English: C1 level required.
• Must be based in the EU.
