What you will do

• Support the ESA Brand Engagement strategy focusing on merchandising, partnerships, promotional materials, and brand network development.
• Act as the central coordination point for contractual, financial, and operational information flow.
• Develop and implement a monitoring plan for Brand Engagement activities to feed Department KPIs.
• Propose and develop social media campaign concepts, utilizing AI-driven content production.
• Collaborate with the ESA social media team to enhance corporate brand engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience in executing brand awareness campaigns and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and project management skills.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (C1).
