What you will do

• Analyze social, PR, and digital data to uncover audience, industry, and cultural insights using intelligence tools.
• Create compelling reports and dashboards to communicate data effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate complex data into actionable and commercially focused recommendations to drive business growth.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and timelines with external insights and research agencies.
• Monitor emerging platform trends and audience behaviors relevant to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Foundational experience in social marketing analytics, digital analytics, or communications measurement.
• Proficiency with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Emplifi, Blinkfire, and Hookit.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Adobe.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ability to build clear narratives from data and present insights effectively.
