What you will do

• Deliver and track audience insight requests, providing concise outputs for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Communicate complex data findings in an engaging way to programmers, producers, and strategy teams.
• Analyze audience behavior and track performance using RAJAR and digital listening data.
• Design and execute impactful research questionnaires to unlock critical business insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Programming teams to evaluate and improve brand campaigns and products.

Requirements

• Experience in brand/audience insight, analytics, or media research, ideally within a research agency.
• Proven ability to craft research questionnaires using specialized software.
• Strong data confidence and the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-specialist audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requests.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
