What you will do
- Deliver and track audience insight requests, producing clear and relevant outputs for internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Analyse RAJAR and digital listening data to understand audience behaviour and track performance.
- Communicate data and insight in a simple, engaging way to Programming, Production, Marketing and Strategy teams.
- Design research questionnaires using appropriate questionnaire-writing software and present the results concisely.
- Support the development of radio, podcast and future audience products through proactive insight discussions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences.
- Experience working with data and turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience in brand or audience insight, analytics, research, media, marketing or another data-led environment.
- Ability to design research questionnaires and present findings clearly.
- Strong organisation, accuracy, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive approach and an interest in radio and podcasts.
