What you will do
- Build analytical solutions that address complex business requirements.
- Gather requirements, develop reports, and create data visualizations in Tableau.
- Identify root causes of data issues and improve the robustness of data processes.
- Collaborate with data teams, stakeholders, and technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support projects by building solutions, testing data outputs, and answering business questions.
- Contribute to continuous learning and the development of the wider analytics team.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of commercial experience in data analytics or a similar role, working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience owning analytical projects from requirements gathering through delivery and stakeholder presentation.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience querying and wrangling data with SQL.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and collaborate with inclusive, cross-functional teams.
