What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive data analysis and reporting strategies, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product journeys.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of data analysts, providing mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports using tools like Qlik, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Analyze digital performance to identify trends and support A/B and multivariate testing for conversion optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4, GA360), Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms, specifically GCP.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
• Strong quantitative, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Must be based in London
