What you will do

• Architect and execute territory plans to consistently exceed multi-million dollar sales targets and quotas.
• Manage strategic pipelines and deliver highly accurate forecasting for complex enterprise accounts.
• Align hirify.global Reference Architectures with customers' existing IT environments to drive platform sales.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers and Legal, to orchestrate large-scale deals.
• Position hirify.global as a critical enabler of digital transformation for enterprise customers in Turkey.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with C-level and technical executives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions into the Turkish market.
• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
• English and Turkish: Professional fluency (written and spoken) required.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Bachelor's degree required, with a technical background highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC framework and sales tools like Salesforce and Tableau.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
