What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Sales Development team and manage dotted-line responsibilities for the supporting team in Pune.
• Execute demand generation plans to support the company's strategic growth goals.
• Integrate AI technologies and automation into sales development workflows to empower reps.
• Coach and mentor Inbound and Outbound SDRs through weekly one-on-ones and daily metric tracking.
• Leverage data to derive trends and improve overall process execution across teams.
• Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and sales to refine talk tracks and training documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of successful sales career.
• 3+ years of proven experience leading through people leaders in sales management (SDR teams), preferably in SaaS.
• Proven ability to identify talent and scale a geographically dispersed business development organization.
• Strong background in AI use and understanding of how automation enables sales development.
• Degree in business management or a related topic.
• Hands-on leadership approach with a willingness to demonstrate success via cold calling.
