What you will do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds.
• Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting, including subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.
• Design, implement, and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency and scale.
• Review feeder fund documents (LPA/PPM) and monitor NAV and capital account statements.
• Manage relationships with fund managers, administrators, and custodians.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and review for junior members of the Fund Finance team.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in fund management, fund accounting, or operations, specifically in alternatives (hedge funds, private equity).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related technical field.
• Advanced Excel skills with proven experience using AI tools for process improvement.
• Must be based in Singapore for hybrid office attendance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
