What you will do

• Lead financial operations and ensure the integrity of records in NetSuite for both Malaysia and Singapore.
• Supervise full-cycle accounting, including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and tax compliance.
• Mentor and manage the Assistant Account and Admin and Admin Executive to foster a high-performance environment.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure adherence to group accounting policies.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis and provide strategic insights to the Regional Director.
• Oversee HR administration and general office operations to ensure seamless business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and administration.
• Mandatory comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance in both Singapore and Malaysia.
• Expert-level proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience across geographical locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate across time zones.
