What you will do

• Execute strategic transformation projects sponsored by the COO with disciplined follow-through.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and maintaining alignment across regions.
• Support governance routines and prepare high-quality decision materials for executive leadership.
• Track progress, milestones, and risks across strategic initiatives, escalating issues proactively.
• Build effective working relationships with senior leaders to resolve blockers and ensure execution.
• Design and implement governance processes and operating models to improve execution quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm, specifically in transformation or organization consulting.
• Proven experience leading strategic program management or complex transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to executive leadership and senior stakeholders in multi-region organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in English with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to travel internationally (North America, Europe, China) without visa constraints.
• Highly disciplined, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset.
