Group Program Manager

TL;DR

Group Program Manager (Program Management): Leading a global group of program managers to oversee cross-functional initiatives and R&D processes for the CXone platform with an accent on operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and team development. Focus on building governance structures, managing high-risk projects, and driving continuous improvement in R&D tooling and methodology.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Raanana, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring execution stays on track and issues are addressed proactively.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers, focusing on performance and career growth.
• Establish and maintain high standards for program reporting and execution across the global organization.
• Manage R&D processes and tooling, driving continuous improvements to support engineering efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to unblock issues and align on strategic program goals.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a software or technology environment.
• 4+ years of direct experience managing program or project managers in a global or distributed organization.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-product initiatives.
• Strong people-management skills including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication abilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Familiarity with R&D tooling such as JIRA or static code analysis.
• Background in system analysis or R&D organizations.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Experience in SaaS, CX, or contact center technologies.
