What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs and strategic initiatives sponsored by the CTO.
• Own the internal AI Bootcamp program, from employee registration through tracking success metrics and business impact.
• Design and manage onboarding programs for new Builder hires to accelerate productivity and tool adoption.
• Support the CTO in driving transformation initiatives related to software development practices, tooling, and processes.
• Act as a trusted operational partner to the CTO, preparing executive briefings and driving leadership alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, engineering operations, or global operational leadership.
• Proven experience working in a technical capacity or alongside development teams with a strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.).
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in highly ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML initiatives or developer productivity tooling.
• Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
