Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with 60% of the week spent collaborating at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do
- Deliver complex, cross-functional technology programmes with significant business and technical risks.
- Create and track programme goals, technical implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery updates.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to evaluate software delivery trade-offs and agree effective solutions.
- Identify risks and issues, facilitate discussions, manage escalations, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Collaborate on annual budget requirements, financial forecasting, reporting, and delivery of software or professional services.
- Build stakeholder relationships, hold partners accountable for delivery and improvement plans, and contribute to the Technical Programme Management community.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology programmes.
- Experience building credible relationships with and influencing senior management.
- Strong project, stakeholder, and programme management skills.
- Understanding of technical architecture, engineering best practices, infrastructure implementations, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Strong communication, influencing, reporting, risk management, and financial forecasting skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.
