What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and VP-level leaders on organizational structure and talent retention.
• Co-create and implement functional people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain talent density through 9-box grids, career frameworks, and succession planning.
• Drive manager accountability, ensuring leaders own people outcomes with necessary tools and skills.
• Lead workforce planning for headcount and capability 6–12 months in advance.
• Sponsor AI-native career frameworks and promote AI-first behaviors across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR/People Business Partner operating at the executive level.
• Track record of building high-density organizations through performance calibration and succession planning.
• Ability to switch between high-level organizational design and challenging performance conversations.
• Confidence to challenge senior leaders and a clear point of view on building strong organizations.
• Experience mentoring and coaching other People Business Partners.
