What you will do

• Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Implementation Consultants across the EMEA region.
• Oversee the delivery of implementation, onboarding, and advisory services to ensure customers achieve measurable value.
• Manage operational excellence including resource planning, utilization, capacity forecasting, and backlog management.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate customer adoption and time-to-value.
• Serve as a trusted executive advisor and escalation point for strategic customer engagements and complex delivery programs.
• Contribute to regional planning and execute the services strategy to drive business growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery organizations.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in operational management, resource planning, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Must be based within the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with SAST, SCA, DAST, or IAST technologies.
• Experience leading organizations through periods of rapid growth or organizational change.
• Relevant industry security certifications.
