What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of high-volume, high-impact emergency incident response (DFIR) engagements.
• Coordinate multiple DFIR delivery team activities and partner with clients to gather scoping information and resolve issues.
• Lead the Agile development of project roadmaps, milestones, and metrics to track progress.
• Coordinate with on-site recovery teams, clients, and legal counsel to ensure response activities remain on track.
• Communicate abstract and technical concepts to various customers and law firms in clear and accessible ways.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of progressive project management experience managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Experience in cyber incident response or digital forensics.
• Background supporting the cybersecurity industry in a privacy law firm or incident response environment.
• Proficiency in PMO processes including project planning, resource planning, and financial projections.
• Ability to manage crisis scenarios and de-escalate customers in high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCFA, GCFE, GREM, or GNFA.
• Experience working across different commercial industries, including financial services, manufacturing, or energy.
