What you will do

• Establish regional QA frameworks to validate architecture and mitigate delivery risks.
• Oversee multiple complex enterprise modernization workstreams from legacy platforms to Snowflake.
• Negotiate high-stakes SOWs and advise C-suite stakeholders on ROI and risk mitigation.
• Manage regional operational objectives and delegate tasks to subordinate managers.
• Own regional delivery revenue targets and ensure forecast accuracy and budget adherence.
• Manage the regional talent lifecycle, including hiring and mentoring.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technical delivery, post-sales architecture, or management consulting.
• 5+ years of people management experience, specifically managing other managers.
• Deep knowledge of cloud migrations and legacy databases (e.g., Teradata, Netezza, Exadata).
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in sensitive situations.
• English: C1 proficiency for executive-level communication
