What you will do

• Identify and onboard high-impact channel partners, resellers, and system integrators within the banking and financial services sector.
• Lead strategic sales opportunities, including account planning, proposal shaping, and commercial negotiation.
• Build joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue goals and expand market footprint.
• Position modernization and security solutions to banking decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive go-to-market activities, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Travel up to 50% of the time for customer meetings and industry tradeshows.

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is required.
• 5–10+ years of quota-carrying experience in channel or enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of selling into banks and financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of core banking, payments, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe or AS/400 systems.
• Established network of SI and consulting partners in the region.
• Experience positioning AI-driven analytics or fraud detection solutions.
