Regional Sales Executive, APAC

Location: Remote | Southeast Asia focus

What you'll do:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients in banking, fintech, and government sectors across Southeast Asia;
  • Own the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close;
  • Generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and industry events;
  • Engage and build relationships with C-level decision-makers in financial institutions and government bodies;
  • Drive your pipeline forward: handle objections, manage timelines, move deals;
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new APAC markets;
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver the right solution.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in active B2B sales: consistent quota attainment, new logo acquisition;
  • Experience building pipeline independently - no warm leads handed to you;
  • Background in banking, fintech, government, or adjacent industries;
  • Comfortable navigating C-suite and complex stakeholder environments;
  • Understanding of enterprise sales and/or government procurement cycles;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills — Fluent English (required);
  • Ready to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.

  • Established network in APAC banking or government sectors;
  • Hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, results-driven;
  • Experience in emerging markets;
  • Comfortable representing the company at external meetings and industry conferences.
