Regional Sales Executive, APAC
Location: Remote | Southeast Asia focus
What you'll do:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients in banking, fintech, and government sectors across Southeast Asia;
- Own the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close;
- Generate your own leads through outreach, networking, and industry events;
- Engage and build relationships with C-level decision-makers in financial institutions and government bodies;
- Drive your pipeline forward: handle objections, manage timelines, move deals;
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new APAC markets;
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver the right solution.
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in active B2B sales: consistent quota attainment, new logo acquisition;
- Experience building pipeline independently - no warm leads handed to you;
- Background in banking, fintech, government, or adjacent industries;
- Comfortable navigating C-suite and complex stakeholder environments;
- Understanding of enterprise sales and/or government procurement cycles;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — Fluent English (required);
- Ready to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.
