What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using SAP Activate, covering planning, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with client HR and business requirements.
• Oversee delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, integrations, and cross-module scenarios.
• Coordinate project governance, RAID management, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project financials, timelines, dependencies, and vendor engagement.
• Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong hands-on delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or RISE with SAP.
• Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks.
• Legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand are required (no sponsorship provided).
