What you will do

• Own the full project delivery phase from contract review through to final handover and customer acceptance.
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules with a strict focus on the critical path.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, financial performance, and commercial risks.
• Drive procurement, supplier commitments, and oversee subcontractor performance and invoicing.
• Lead risk management, change management, and resolve project issues including delays and scope changes.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and act as the primary client-facing lead.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering, automation, or MHS projects.
• Background in warehouse automation, FMCG, high-speed packaging, or integrated engineering.
• Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project and ability to interpret AutoCAD layouts.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding contracts, variations, and cost control.
• Must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
