What you will do

• Own the strategy and performance of multichannel campaigns to drive pipeline across EMEA.
• Localize global campaigns and create region-specific topical campaigns and outbound plays.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to strategize messaging for industry-specific or competitive outbound plays.
• Project manage the rollout of marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC, ensuring timely delivery in local languages.
• Analyze performance metrics and reporting to optimize pipeline delivery across different sub-regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation delivering campaigns that directly impact revenue.
• Fluency in French or German to support campaign reviews in core regions.
• Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
• Deep understanding of persona-based marketing and the intricacies of European markets.
• Proven ability to own performance metrics and maintain operational rigor.
